These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updated terms will only apply to appointments made after the changes, if you are part way through a treatment plan your original terms will remain unchanged.
It is essential that all information provided by you when completing your medical questionnaire and that you tell to your clinician is fully accurate as non-disclosure of information may invalidate your agreement with us.
YSM offer a patient- centred clinic priding itself on offering top quality treatments. Treatments and procedures are competitively priced based upon our teams experience, expertise and the level of care provided.
We aim to provide our patients with in-depth information about our treatments to help them make informed decisions. Our reception team work closely with our consultants, radiologists, doctors and clinicians on a regular basis and can help with any initial questions that you may have prior to your appointment.
Payment is required for all appointments and associated treatments. Your appointment will be extensive in nature and delivered by a highly and appropriately qualified clinician.
The cost of your appointment will have been quoted by a YSM team member, if you require further treatments such as scans and/or diagnostics the relevant fees associated with these treatments will be provided prior to the appointment. Please ensure you are aware of fees involved in advance of treatments and if unsure kindly ask a YSM team member.
You are required to pay the total cost of your treatment at the end of your appointment.
If you have an MRI this will be invoiced directly to you by the provider and their terms and conditions will apply to all services they provide.
Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card (American Express is not accepted), via bank transfer or in cash. YSM does not offer any finance options.
YSM is recognised by all major health insurance providers. YSM operates on a fee assured basis. Upon booking your appointment you are required to provide YSM the name of your health insurance provider, policy number and your authorisation code. This information is required to process your health insurance and without it you will be required to pay the full cost of your appointment.
Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person and at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be very grateful if you cancel as soon as possible to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service.
Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in you being liable for the full cost of the appointment and no refund will be provided.
No cancellation fees will be charged if your appointment is rescheduled and attended within 14 days of the cancellation.
Cancellation of an appointment for an MRI the cancellation policy terms will be of the providers policy.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however there may be times when a late arrival appointment is of a reduced consultation time, rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
Block Bookings are only available for Sports Massage treatment. Block bookings constitute 3 Sports Massages, the 3 appointments must be booked and attended within 3 calendar months of the first appointment. Block bookings are not transferable and can only be used with the same clinician.
Offers are only valid upon receipt of the promotional offer. Offers are not available on Block Bookings.
Please present the voucher at first consultation. Voucher subject to full consultation and patient suitability. Voucher is strictly available for new treatment bookings only and can only be redeemed once. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher cannot be used on SEM doctor and consultation appointments, scanning and diagnostic imaging. Valid for 6 months from date first issued. The voucher has no cash value.

In line with the Care Quality Commission regulations we are unable to treat persons under the age of 13 years. YSM cannot accept responsibility for children in any of our clinics, we therefore politely request than you refrain from bringing children to any appointments. We do understand however that under certain circumstances this is unavoidable, in these circumstances please ensure there is a parent or guardian available to supervise the child at all times whilst within the clinic.
