We are looking for a dynamic, detail oriented and motivated individual to fulfil the role of executive assistant to Dr Dane Vishnubala, Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant and Managing Director at both Yorkshire Sports Medicine and CORE Fitness Education. In this role you will be responsible for working directly with high level employees, organising Dr Vishnubala's entire schedule, scheduling appointments and organising diary entries, setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important events or tasks and handling responding to all correspondence including emails, phone calls and letters. You will work across a range of projects with a focus on task and finish. A more detailed description of the job role can be found at the bottom of this page.

You must have a strong ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, high levels of understanding of project management and great knowledge of all clerical activities. We are looking for someone who is able to commit to 20-30 hours, with the successful candidate to discuss flexible working days. The role will be maternity cover until September 2025.

Yorkshire Sports Medicine is a CQC registered private clinic with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries. We are a team of sports and exercise medicine consultants, physiotherapists and sports massage therapists. At our clinic we have 6 treatment rooms and a large rehabilitation suite.

CORE Fitness Education is a fitness training provider run by a group of doctors and experienced fitness professionals with a passion for imparting their experience and knowledge. We pride ourselves on delivering evidence (research) based high quality courses by our expert team of tutors and supporting our students on their journey, whether it be finding employment or setting up their own business.

Job Type: Open to discussion (self employed or employed work)

Salary: £30,000 Full Time Equivalent

Hours: 20-40 hours per week (Maternity cover)
